Saint Luis Rey

Any of the Saint Luis Rey are a great value smoke. Mild-Medium flavor, more on the Mild side. You can pick up a box of 25 around $50-60 on most websites. Always a good looking smoke for a great price.

I agree...Im a fan of the Saint Luis Rey. I like the larger ringe gauge (of course) and about a robusto size. very nice smoke and excellent price point.

I like this cigar. I won a cigar mold with ten SLR inside (free is always best).

Thanks for the tip! I've heard this from several people now, and will be picking up a few to try.

Michael et al, I picked up an SLR Serie G Rothchilde (dbl maduro) last week from Charlie's and smoked it last night. I was gonna let it sit for a week or so, but it looked and smelled so good, I had to smoke it. It was surprisingly balanced for a "full bodied", big cigar. Had a little nic-kick, but it was smooth. I really liked it a lot. I will probably pick a couple more up soon!

Cool man - I will be snagging one of those bad boys Monday when I make my weekly stop to hang out with the guys at Charlie's. Larry has recommended them to me on more than one occassion. I love this board!

these are definatly a great "everyday" you would think that they would come in cheap cardboard boxes and the quality would be crap but suprisingly the presentation is great. It doesn't look/smoke like a 3 dollar cigar.

The Seire G Double Maduro was a HUGE let down. There was no flavor at all. I would recommend staying away from this one!
