Fontana is too much of a pussy to respond.
as for maybe getting a response, send a copy to every paper you can find in PA. maybe even reword it as an open letter to those whom support the ban. send it to every tv station you can and try and get a response. Hand deliver it to Fontana. an all out assault on the anti smokers will work.
