I think you become legit when you demonstrate that you play well with others, are comfortable admitting that don't know everything about everything, and contribute to the forum in a meaningful way. Meaningful could be lots of things - not just bombs, passes, or reviews, but maybe a thoughtful response to a question (or even just a thoughtful question.)
