to answer directly:
Diamond Crown Maximus #5 Robusto and Royal Lochnagar Cask Strength 30 year (when I can find it)

Indirectly: I find that Dr. Pepper is the best soda for cigars and it is hard to beat a fresh, dark espresso. Of course there is the risk of overpowering the cigar but since I like strong cigars it usually works for me. WHen doing reviews though I stick to water so that I can give the most detailed reviews to my buddies on the boards.
