There are some cameroon that I cannot stand, but some that are amazing, spicey flavor bombs. An example of the latter (for my palate) would be the H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon. Everyone should try at least one in Petite Corona size...... most other cameroon I don't care for.

Two of my favorite cigars are the AF Hemmingway and Don Carlos. I also enjoy the Camacho Select and the Oliva Series G.

H. UPMANN VINTAGE CAMEROON------
Now I've tried and liked the selection above and have had a few others. The Upmann was by far the best so far to me. Been wanting to see how the Fuente Hemingway series and Fuente Don Carlos are. Have you tried any of them?

Great Minds Think Alike
Upmann Vintage Cameroons really are fantastic smokes.......

I see you mentioned Don Carlos...... are those Cameroon wrapped ??
If so, then I have to definetely have to put them up there with the upmann VC's.... every Don Carlos I've had (#4's usually) are STELLAR. Hemingway on the other hand, for my palate, are very so-so.

I still think the Upmann Vintage Cameroons are king though..... I could live on the Petite Coronas as a desert island smoke.... no prob...

Upmann Vintage Cameroons, Camacho Select, Oliva Serie G, Perdomo Reserve Cameroon, IT Cameron Legend, Montecristo Afrique, all good cigars.

Needless to say I like Cameroons.

Also, for anyone on the fence, check out the Flavors Of the Leaf pass in the Pass section, its an all Cameroon Pass this round.

I love the flavor of Cameroon wrapped cigars, I HATE their fragility. It's almost like to smoke one, you have to do it a humidor within six inches of the box (sorry Bullz...worth saying worth stealing)! Some of the finest cigars I have ever smoked have been Cammies and a lot of them have split, cracked or unrolled. But, they have been worth the extra effort.....

For those that do like Cameroon wrappers (which I do) you might want to consider joining Walt's Flavors of the Leaf pass since that is the theme for this round:

The only cameroon I really enjoy is La Flor Dominicana's Cameroon Cabinet. It's got a nice power to it.

I also enjoy cameroons (especially the toothy wrappers) - FdO Serie G (formerly Grand Cameroon), AF Hemingways, and several others. I agree it is in the blend as well because I have had some cameroons that don't mesh well with the filler (same with some maduros). Fragile wrapper with which you must take great care.

Of the Cameroon cigars I've tried thus far I've liked. The H. Upmann Vintage Cam was especially nice. So I'll be sticking with em.

I'm still on the fence on them. I tried the H. Upmann Vinage Cameroon.

I was suprised by the buzz from it, but it was lacking, for me anyway, in flavor and power.
