La Vieja Habana

Being from the Drew Estate stock, I figured I'd try one. I bought the Belicoso D maduro 6x54 and was quite surprised at the quality of smoke it was upon lighting it and throughout the entire smoke. Mild to medium flavor that was very tasty.

After I finished, I found myself missing it and wishing I had another in my humi for tomorrow night or even the afternoon At $2.65, it was a great smoke. Great draw...not too tight, not too easy. Even burn throughout which was very nice. Light gray ash that didn't fall off until I was nearly 1/2 finished with it. I will definately buy a box of these and the smaller Chateau Corona. Drew Estate has outdone themselves with this cigar. I've had the Acids and Naturals and was nowhere near disappointed with this smoke.

some people around here don't like LVH's but I love the corojos. the blend seems to match better than the maduros and cameroon imho..

That's odd that they don't like them. I thoroughly enjoyed the 30ish minutes I spent with it and was quite satisfied with the quality.

Cigar lasted as long as my scotch on the rocks Yeah, right about 30 minutes. I was in my garage watching the lightning and rain. Nearly a perfect night.

I love them. I usually have the robusto sized maduro. Haven't tried the other wrappers yet but will eventually. Plus the box presentation, even though it's cardboard, is cool. I like how they use tobacco as the packaging!

I used to get these at my B&M for $1.89 for the old 7 incher, but they have never gotten the new version with the new wrappers, I remember these as GREAT value for money.

I first tried one the other night. It was the corona chateau -- 5.5X46. Flavor was pretty complex. I don't know if it was the camaroon or the corojo. It was only $4.00, including the 22% taxes that we pay in Chicago. Nice crisp burn line.

Horrible smoke. they have loose fillers and I keep spitting them out with each smoke. I picked up a cheap box at Famous Smoke Auction site and could wait to get rid of them.

Been wanting to try one, but had not sure since the Acid Nasty 5 pack i smoked. The smell of roses at the beginning still haunts me. Really didn't mind the rest but what the hell? Anyways will grab a LVH and see which side of the fence I land on. Thanks.
