I freeze every cigar that will enter my humidor. Just a precaution I take to make me sleep better. I, nor anyone who has ever smoked one of my sticks has ever noticed a difference in taste or smell.
Does it work? I've never had any beetles.
Is it worth it? I sleep better. And it's easy to do, so why take the chance?
