I'm with Walt on this. Or the manufacturer's website.

Keepers of the Flame (http://cigarfan.wordpress.com/) does an extraordinary job of providing information on the cigars he reviews.

I use Famous-Smoke.com because they usually have a picture of every vitola in the blend.

Cool

It's kind of annoying that many online stores don't take the time to post all the details about what they sell. You get a bit here and a piece there. I'm putting together an online store and I'm taking the time to list Wrapper, Filler, Binder, size and Body/Flavor profile. I'm not listing country of origin because I don't really think that matters in the cigar experience. You could make it in a garage in Jersey and as long as it tastes great and burns well, I'd buy it.

Another annoyance is the amount of incorrect information out there. CigarCyclopedia generally is 90% correct which leaves a full 10% incorrect information! Compare any ten online retailers descriptions of a apecific stick, and at least two of them will have different things than the rest. I'm rapidly finding that a post on CigarLive asking about a certain cigar will usually end up with completely correct information after a few days worth of replies. Bottom line is that I trust CigarLive and most of the member's information.

That is a pretty cool website. I love browsing the rarities pages, though I haven't used it yet for actual reference. I do use Cigar Cyclopedia a lot (the books especially), but generally I use the magic of Google find the info I need.
