Ghurka Question

Hi Guys,

Had a hell of a pick up at my B&M on Friday during an Oliva event. I'll post some pictures of everything that I got tomorrow. I did have one question though, I picked up a few of the Ghurka Estate Select Vintage Shaggy cigars. Can anyone give me any detail on these? Strong/Medium, taste, etc.....

Thanks.

i'd call them between mild and med., they have that standard gurkha flavor to them... i liked it, but i dont recal much more than that about the stick.

Well i can tell you that i have only smoked one a back yonda, and it was pretty darn good. Tasted to me like it was leaning to the full bodied side.It fired up pretty good, aroma was pleasent, burned real fine, nice ash, was not to firm and not to soft, finished real well. Ifing i had enough money i'd buy nothing but Gurhka's till the good lord called me home. But that model you talking about is a good one.

the shaggy's are one of the better gurkhas, for the size the taste is strong mild to med, from the moment you light up it should have a slight nutty buttery taste that any gurkha that is worth a damn should have, it was very consistant to the nub, I didnt have much of an amonia issue with it. Hope this helps.

Bully in your gurkhador pict I saw some Grand Reserve, how are those? Is the Cognac infusion well done, mean not too heavy or like non-flavour. Did you enjoyed em?
