Well, I would be happy to do Northern NJ. Even though NJ is small it is very populated and you might want to split it in two or even three! I guess we have to crawl before we can run so for now if you want only one I will do my best! Just my 2 cents.

I'm actually in the Northeast. I think PA can be split into quarters. I'll take care of the Northeast and you can take care of the Southeast. Then we need some BOTLs/SOTLs to care of Western PA.
