Helix Tubo

[my first was a villiger]

I well not me my mother brought me a gift of tubos today while she was shopping, a punch , helix and a don Tomas the punch was amazing the don Tomas is being stored but the helix utter crap.

I take it out of the tubo and a large crack in the outer leaf so I cut it above it and start it up.
The burn was sooo hot it was like a fire the taste was awful and it was very tight, after about 5 min it went under my shoe I wasn’t going to let it die well it didn’t deserve the honour.

Now when you pay £6 $12 a tubo you expect it to be pretty good, have any of you hade one of there and what do you think of them.

I Lit a Cuban punch straight away now that was awesome I want to be cremated with a box of them.

Only "Cuban" Punch I ever had was on my honeymoon in Jamaica - looking back, was probably a fake (tho it was bought at the hotel, not from some dude in an alley).

Haven't heard anything good about a Helix...

Wow, that's pretty bad. I've only ever managed one stalk from a cigar. I'm sure someone will post and prove me wrong soon enough though
