Big Contest! Big Payoff! 15 Questions 'Cars, Guitars & Cigars'
Hello all! Most of you know i love throwing a big contest, i cant host a CSI: Club Stogie 3 because... well ive seen the last of my fake cuban days! I locked down on a few legit retailers and thats that, but that dosnt mean we cant have a big ass contest!
So i went up to the Cuban-a-door and picked out a nice little selection of habanos (my personal favorites) as well as some rare NC's and a few handy accsessories that ive come to cherish. So here we go, its pretty simple, 15 questions- Cars, Guitars & Cigars! (and Illum. were looking for a 3-peet after you swept the CSI contests!) here we go ![]() Cars! (yeah it was hard not to do bikes, but my first contest was on bikes and motorcycle racing so...) 1. This Car company is named after the "founder" of Detroit, Michigan 2. This car company was the first to offer; Inclosed Bodies, Generators, Batteries, Electric Lights, Starters and finally the V8 engine platform. 3. Since 1995 this Car has won the most World Ralley Car championships, with 4 4. The worlds largest car ever in production at 19 feet 5. This team has the most F1 Constructors Championships (and how many...) Guitars! 1. in 1950/51Leo Fender designed this guitar as the worlds first commercially successful solid body, electric guitar. 2. The Guitar above's name was changed to what and due to what reason 3. Name a song that uses the Heil Talk Box 4. What does Mary Ford have to do with Gibson Guitars 5. What made jazz legend Jango Reinhardt so special and respected and Cigars! 1. President Kennedys cigar gathering (and loving) press secretary: 2. The gentleman above was sent out on the eve of the Embargo signing to acquire at least 1,000 of this cigar for President Kennedy 3. What was the name of the Native Americans version of the modern cigar? 4. In the early 1600's this Tsar condemned tobacco users to death (in 1634 the same Tsar would revise the rule taking the punishment down from death to slitting the smokers nose with a knife) 5. This month is famous for the beginning of the harvest. Vegureos sow tiny seeds in to carefully monitored beds and watch them for about a month, until the strong plants are transferred to growing fields. the Prize! (ISOM) 1 Romeo Y Julieta Churchill 2004 1 TTT Trinidad Coloniales 1 Diplomaticos No. 2 1 Bolivar Petit Corona (NC) 2001 CAO Oydessey (Perfecto) Perdomo Edicion de Silvio- Salamon en Cedro CAO Brazilia GOL! 5 Vegas Limitada CAO Sopranos Associate (Robusto) (accsessory) Cigar minder- mobile cigar holder, great for any size cigar anywhere, golf cart, microphone stand, tool box etc... 1 set of Canterbury Gold Cigar clippers (Never used, brand new) El Torcedor Cigar Repair Glue ![]() ![]() ![]() Good luck and have fun. i took 3 passions i share and many of my fellow Gorillas also enjoy and rubbed my beard for 3 hours untill the questions above appeared. you never know with contests, so ill say if hope is looking like its lost ill award the winnings to the person with the most correct amount of answers- but not before a hell of a fight is put up for that perfect 15! Cheers PS- here some usless links. I only attach the CSI links because i think can help many Apes out there with noticing a fake CSI: Club Stogie I http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=19220 CSI: Club Stogie II http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=19558 My First Contest http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=15324 El Torcedor Cigar Glue Review thread http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=22328

Re: Big Contest! Big Payoff! 15 Questions 'Cars, Guitars & Cigars'
1. Cadillac
2. Cadillac 3. Tommi Mäkinen (Mitsubishi) 4. I dont know I looked on guiness and found this: The largest-ever car was the Bugatti Royale Type 41, also known as the Golden Bugatti, which was first assembled at Molsheim, France, by the Italian designer, Ettore Bugatti (1882-1947), in 1927. It is over 6.7 m (22 ft) in length. 5. The most Formula 1 Constructors' World Championship titles won is nine, by Williams (1980–81, 1986–87, 1992–94, 1996–97) and Ferrari (1961, 1964, 1975–77, 1979, 1982–83 and 1999). 1. Fender Broadcaster 2. Fender Telecaster becase Gretsch claimed prior rights to the name Broadcaster. 3. Peter Framtop - Do you feel like I/we do? 4. Mary ford was married to Les Paul (who would create the Gibson Les Paul Guitar) and they were a music duo. 5. Jango created a whole new fingering system built around the two fingers on his left hand that had full mobility. His fourth and fifth digits of the left hand were permanently curled towards the palm due to the tendons shrinking from the heat of the fire. He could use them on the first two strings of the guitar for chords and octaves but complete extension of these fingers was impossible. He did this because he was badly burned from a fire. 1. Pierre Salinger 2. Petit Upmanns 3. Colba (meaning cuba) 4. Russia's Tsar Michael 5. September

Re: Big Contest! Big Payoff! 15 Questions 'Cars, Guitars & Cigars'
I didn't switch my answers, just added a bit more information to a couple. My edit was at 10:36 and couldn't have cheated off Mbraud and didn't cheat off you because you don't have any explanations...
