A good company should take care of you if the product is defective. That shows that they care about taking care of business. It is when they don't offer or act like it is a big deal to take care of you that makes them suck.

Seen this posted a dozen times, but I'm a lazy ass and never did any "research"- what the hell does a cat need with humidity? I could see why it would REMOVE moisture - but how do you stabilize it? I can't imagine they have 65% Kitty Litter...

Currently I use those little jars of gel stuff - beads, I guess? Never seen the beads up close. Regardless, I need more - always seem a bit dry.

The "gel jars" are not the same as the "RH Beads" (www.getthepuck.com)

I hope this helps

you just charge it with 50/50 solution and then keep it up with distilled water.

So it's more of a replacement for OASIS foam than a replacement for the regular beads... got it.

I use the paradigm and it works wonders for me. Claims to be space age but it really isn't.

I prefer, as many do here, the 65% beads from heartfelt or wherever else has them. NOTHING is more convienent or easier to use then beads, nothing!!! If your not beading, your working too hard!
