He was trying to go around the system, didn't like it and then posted his displeasure and disregard for the site terms in someone else's profile page. He in fact stated he knew he could be banned for his lack of discretion as well. So, that was the final straw. End of story.

I didn't realize that the CL board could be such a dangerous place. I guess I'll have to rely on the senior members and my friends to steer me clear of any trouble ........ (like how not to blow up the pif forum ...)

I'd love to know what you all (not 'ya'll', I'm in NC but sheesh ...) are talking about with the 'other' banned member, but it would probably take up too much time and space .......

with the ad in smoke magazine we might have to re-think the 25 post rule.maybe 50 might be the right number and senior member should also be raised.

You know this was just a case where the guy could have just respected us all and respected the rules of the site. In the end he could have probably done ok for a while. Though by the lack of quality of his posts and lack of respect shown in his first few days on the board, I doubt he would have been here for much longer. He wrote some stupid things in various pm's to people and that really pissed me off.

I am becoming less and less forgiving with people that show a total lack of reason and a total lack of respect towards me and towards others here on CL. I can say that I was not the person that banned "Ace" but I was in total agreement. Just sayin...
