Internet retailers in Canada cannot ship from province to province, apparantly you can't ship tobacco inter-provincial, pretty stupid law.. Even if they did, it would be cheaper to just buy from a US retailer.

Personally, I only have experience with cigarplace.biz. but any of the retailers that Mtmouse listed in that other thread should be good. just email them and let them know the situation and see what they say.
