My First Ghurka

wow. really enjoyed this. extra rich-tasting, full-bodied blend of vintage Dominican tobaccos seamlessly encased in a specially-cured Habana 2000 wrapper. This was a well-balanced cigar teems with both creaminess and spiciness. i have 2 Others to try, if it was anything like the first, im in for a treat.

You happen to know what series it was? Im not a big fan of gurkha. Ive smoked a hand full i didnt dislike.

It looks like the Masters Select Toro, my favorite Gurkha. There are a lot of different Gurkhas and a lot more costly Gurkhas, but I like this one the best.

Gurkha has more blends than anybody. I think it's same stuff, just rebanded.My favorite is the Grand age perfecto. It has a nice cameroon wrapper.

Correctamundo grasshopper, and yes it is a toro. The Balck Puro will deliver a bit different taste, but just as flavorful. Be careful, this is how I started and now am a Gurkha junkie!

This is the place to be! Been a Gurkha fan for years. I'll be the first to admit there have been misses along the way (as w/virtually every brand) but in general, they do right by me. In the spirit of this thread, I'm gonna light up one of my favorite sticks - the mighty Titan.

On a side note, does anyone know if Stogie has ever contacted Kaizad Hansotia about the forum? It would be great to have a Gurkha presence in the manufacturer's section.
