only one that ever got me bad was a Torano noventa about 6 months after i first started smoking... wasn't bad until it got down to the last few inches, went out, puffed a little too much getting it going again, and by the time it was a nub i could barely get out of the chair... haven't gotten that feeling since then.

Phew, I am glad I am not the only one who goes through this. Ive heard of a getting a nicotine buzz, but not full on cigar-drunkenness LOL In fact, I did have a hearty meal before I smoked, and smoked at a normal pace. After all these stories, Im craving a Camacho....

A few years ago I had a fresh Opas X that did a number on me. That was the last time I smoked an Opas X with morning coffee.

Bump on this. Eat good first. Don't get this from cigars much, but when in H.S. would get slammed on Copenhagen on an empty stomach. Not a good feeling at all!

I'll occasionally get a little light-headed after a big full-bodied smoke but I only remember one smoke that ever truly kicked my ass. It was a Cuban Parejo church and that roller must have been in a foul mood the day he rolled this cause I got buzzed, dizzy, was sweating, felt it in my stomach and nearly passed out on the couch. I didn't budge for hours. Never came close to that again.
Like people have said eating a meal first helps and some water or iced tea helps too to re-hydrate.

When I first started smoking I had a CAO cameroon. It was a big vitola. It knocked me pretty hard, I had to lie on the couch for a while. Haven't been kicked in the ass so hard again, but many times I've been light headed from a cigar.

I only had it happen once. CAO Mx2. Tasty cigar but I had been flying all day and it was big and full bodied and I lost it. I now now bout the sugar/chocolate trick. I normally like chocolate when i smoke anyway so that works for me!

You think a Padron 64 will give you a buzz, sit down and smoke a Graycliff Espresso, or better yet their double espresso. Talk about heavy and full bodied, the double put me out for the count.

Try a DPG Cuban CLassic and a Camacho Coyalar, you can hang up your skirt if you can smoke those without your lil dainty legs legs giving way benath you

You guys are talking about being woozy losing your senses as if its a bad thing. Do it more often and you'll feel like a champ. To me I love the whole sensation of a strong full bodied cigar. Next time try driving!
