Well see i was smoking an Italia last night, and the Italian filler is.. like sweet? And i remember reading something about like Italian tobacco a long time ago, it was like machine rolled i think, maybe not.. but i just wanted to smoke some Italian puro to get a better grasp of the flavor.. cause the Italia is my favorite CAO...

The Italia is one of my favs as well. Parodi is a dried cured Italian cigar, one of Dave Wagners (Bulz) favorite cigars!!! Right Dave?

The only italian tobacco puro cigar you can find is the Toscano, an italian produced cigar (very ugly at looking but I like to smoke it while walking or doing something busy). I talked about those on a specific thread, I dont think they have a market outside my country to be honest...
They are very cheap, at least the machine made ones and SHORT filler.
I dont know any long filler stick 100% italian tobacco, but I'll ask for you on my italian ppl forum

I bought some of those Tuscanos last year when I was in Lucca. I was actually under the impression that they were produced there but nobody could tell me where the factory was. I still have a few left and every so often cut one in half and fire it up. They're good smokes.

Tinder Box offers Italian tobacco for pipe smoking but it may be flavored. If you ask them, I think they could special order some exotic Italian cigars for you.

The soil conditions in Central Italy are prime for Tobac. However, under Italian law, sale of tobacco products is subject to a Government monopoly controlled by the Finance Ministry, which also collects taxes.

In Italy the only places you can buy cigars are the local shops and you must physically have to be there, its aganist the law to send cigars by mail, purchasing on ebay and so on. But well we're famous for our crazy laws as for the way we dont care, I never had a single problem receiving or sending some cigars, just declare something else in the box, thats all. Trust me, italian police will not check anything....
