Master(s) Herf'n

H Upman 92 Precosio on the way there today. For the price these things are darn good.

Lit up a 00 VRDA and walked the course ending up on 5 green for most of the morning. This cigar rocked. MMMM.

Had a 98 Sir Winston at the start of the rain break and headed out to a local B&M. 2 hours and 5 min.

Bought some cigars there. Had one of the Partagas 95 vintage glass tubed monsters durng the rain break. Not bad but kind of pricey.

Fired up a giant 1926 when we got back. These never fail to satisfy. Another 2 hour smoke.

Finished the day with a SCDLH Murella (sp) from Moglman. What a gorgeous cigar. Another 2 hour smoke.

Over 10 hours of fine smoking. Heaven. Golf was cool too.

Early one tomorrow. Cabinettas at amen corner for breakfast.

Good times Dave! The Masters or cigars alone would have made a good day. Together, the day sounds triumphant.

Re: Master(s) Herf'n

Sounds like you had some great cigars there Dave.

I agree the weather wasnt the best when I was there. But the golf was.

The Practice round/Pro Am day was the best day for me.Security was a little more relaxed as the players were and they were talkative to the gallery on that day.

I went with Dad and I did bring my laptop at night because it was room bound by 9pm. He would just park himself on some holes and just stay there for a few hours and watch. The two days were amazing. The only other tournament I could compare it to is the Senior Open that I went to. That was another good take.

I met alot of company people from all over the States that work with AIG. Their tent was full of some great food and goodies, especially water and drinks. Yum ! Some were cigar smokers and of course some were not. I did bring my arsenal.

3 Monte #2s
2 Siglo VIs
4 Boli PCs

Dad had 1 of the Montes and on of the bolis. I gifted one of the Siglos away and smoked the rest. I was in golf and cigar heaven.

Sounds like a great time! My parents are also there. If you see them, please say Hi. They will be the ones in the shorts, polo shirts, wearing baseball caps and carying a collapsable chair.
