My apologies to CAO Italia

I misjudged this cigar. I had and Italia and a Brazilia when I first started smoking, and didn't like either of them because I thought they were too strong and rough. But I had an Italia yesterday and enjoyed it very much. Nice taste and just a right amount of spice. May have to get a few of these.

Brazilia- you're next...

The Italia is a great smoke. We all get a bad one once in a while. I'm sure the Italia will forgive you

I thought the same thing until I smoke the Italia, Brazilia and the newest Soprano--Well made cigar and nicely blended as well--CAO got my attention for sure!

Ive done that before with many sticks...Sometimes age helps them and sometimes what I ate or drank affects the flavors.

Also your pallet changes over time such that you can appreciate stronger cigars.

Hope so. I can take medium, or sometimes medium-full, but I'm a little leary to try full strength.

If it makes you feel any better, Troy, I've been smoking for 12 years, like full-bodied smokes, and still thought the Italia tasted like a harsh cigarette. I had two and wrote them off.

I personally like a lot the CAO Italia, even the Brazilia, but I have a weakness for cigars with my country name

Still not a huge fan of the italias. I do like the brazilias though. The italias just have something about em that i just dont enjoy, and i enjoy medium to full.

Italias are good for sure...not my favorite CAO, but I would definitely prefer the Brazila over the Italia anyday. One of my all time favorite CAOs were the old school Anniversario Extreme. GREAT STICK and with age....it is just awesome!

Anyone else remember the CAO Trois Diamante that JRs used to sell? Triangle-shaped box, 3 compartments with the L'Annis in them? I think it was 8 Maddie, 8 Cammie, & 8 Extreme...
Always seemed like a great idea to me.
