My friend asked me for your guy's help!

I have a friend that i met through BOTL.com (another cigar forum site) and about 5days ago he was ripped off by someone. heres what happened.

He agreed on a trade, and both parties agreed to send out their sticks on the same day, well he sent his out, and my friend NEVER got the sticks he was promised.

Is their anything he can legally do about it to have things straightened out? I mean, it was only 100dollars in sticks, (and lawyer fees will cost 10000) lol, but is their anything he could do!!??

Probably not. You could post whatever information you have onto this forum, though. Sadly, there are a lot of scammers out there.

Gurkha, I know how your friend feels. I bet I probably feel worse. I know for a fact in most states if you steal over a certain amount it is a FELONY! That is what my Lawyer said this afternoon. I am going to do anything and everything to get this Fraud that screwed me put behind bars. I know my loss already is a Felony. If the ass-wipe would just return my end I would let it go. Either way, this guy need's a good ol' fashioned ASS-WHOOPIN!
