I have several. I few have been bad but I found that the lift, Axiom and bravo are all reliable. Stay away from the Don, the director and the renaisance.

I have three colibri lighters. One is "CIGAR" that came free with a sampler pack, it has worked fairly well, the only problems i seemed to have sorted out by using better fuel, filling , and flame adjustment. The other is a "Firebird leather CI" that I got free with a purchase from CI it has worked with out fail for about two months so far. The third is one that I bought and I have had sparatic lighting problems with, I have to keep the flame up very high for it to light every time and it sputters.

Alot of my smoking buddies have had issues with their $100 colibri's. One of them sent his in because it would not light. Came back a couple months later and was not fixed, that's pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

I use xikar, you just can't beat a lifetime warranty. As long as you don't lose it, you have a lighter for life.

I've had a few of them in the past. Once I started using better fuel, such as Vector, the problems stopped. With that said, I have had better luck with other lighters. I love my Blazer!

Had one that was so so. Have a few others that work great and have been for years. The ones that I like are from the CX line and are rubber armored and damn near bullit proof. I always use triple refined in any lighter worth keeping.

I have four of them. One is good, the other three are inconsistent at best.
