Devil Site woes!!!

Help and more help is needed for this old curmudgeon! When I tallied up the bill for the past 3 days with my magical bidding on the Devil Site, I am about $2k into my retirement to them and it is now bothering me...BIG TIME! It is almost like I cant stop when I see a great deal, plus, the satisfaction of winning just tops it off! Is my ego that weak???? I suspect so when it comes to buying the LEAF. Though I dont need another cigar for the rest of my life based upon what I have in the humidor, I find myself checking out the cigars just for fun, or that is my rationale when I look at the site. Before long, there is always a good deal and another cigar I want to try, so I place a small bid...yea, right! Then, I somehow sneak in another and another until the bill is way beyond what is reasonable, whatever that means regarding our hobby. From observing my behavior in an objective sort of way, I really do want to win once a bid is placed and I make note of the time they are closing, just so I can make that final bid to win them. Imagine sitting by the computer checking your watch for the closing time to happen, and squirreling back and forth to see if you are still the highest bidder until you know for sure! Now, if you ask me, that is a little anal and sick...really sick!
If anyone is experiencing the same sort of "devil site sickness", let's hear your comments and what you are doing about it, if anything!

Oh my. I've only been on that site for about a month, and I have already racked up a few hundred dollars worth of purchases. The shit on there is beyond cheap if you know what to look for, so its nearly impossible to resist the deals. Not to mention if they end on the same day, they will sometimes combine shipping. ****in a.

I finally got all of those Gurkhas I could not afford! I turns out; however, that even at low prices I still can not afford them when bought in large quantity....whit a new humidor, digital hygrometer, Xikar cutter, Colibri lighter, a couple of boxes of deals just to good to pass up, etc....

$2-3k in three days! Hard f'ing core, Chuck! You are a giant among us, sir. I salute you! I too have had some benders on Devil Site. In the days of cheap and plentiful Oliva Angel 100s and Padilla Achilles about a year ago, I was completely out of control. The DHL driver had practically become family. Thankfully, C-Bid's supply of those smokes ran dry and my interest flagged. Not that I haven't done some occasional shameful things on there since (er, three weeks ago), but I have more or less kicked.
