OMG! A BAD ASH??? I don't care if you love the taste of the cigar more than your own mother, whether it burns razor sharp, and it costs 2 bucks a pop!!!! An ugly ash is just not acceptible! DO NOT smoke any more, Send them to me and I will add them to mine to be disposed of!!

Great. Now I'm going to be paying all this attention to the ash on my cigars now. They look good in the bottom of my Stinky Ashtray though.

Ash doesn't count, IMO. I already smoked that part. And the ash can't tell me anything meaningful about the construction that I haven't already figured out by noting the heat of the draw and watching the burn line.
