Reo
Retail prices of these are probably a little over $3, but on cbid they look to be around $2.
I'm just smoking my first one of these (a torpedo) and I'm completely impressed with the construction and flavor. It really reminds me of a Nic3k. I would highly recommend these. CI's description: An exciting cigar with Rocky Patel at the helm. Reo is crafted by hand in Honduras, an exciting blend from EO Brands that is turning heads. This cigar employs a dark, 5 year aged Costa Rican/Sumatra wrapper gracing an aged mixture of Honduran and Nicaraguan long-fillers. Your palate is greeted with ample spiciness before mellowing, creating a very relaxing smoke as the smooth, rich flavors take over. Finished in a slight box-press, this is a medium to full-bodied joy to smoke. |

man, that sounds great! and no offense, but when i had one a few years back, they sucked! i bought one for $8. the burn was horrible, it burned an entire half of one side before the other side got going (prolly from poor humidor rotation though), the flavors were very burny, the wrapper fell all to shreds. it had to be one of the worse smokes of my life, but now i am thinking it was prolly a bad stick that hadnt been treated well. thanks to your help, i think i will have to find one and try it again!

One of the best budget smokes out there. You can easily pick up a box on Cbid for around $40. I always get Fivers at the same place fro around $7!!! A must try for anyone

Definitely a great bargain smoke! I've been lucky enough in the past to pick them up from CI for as $29.99 for 20 sticks (as a special offer).

my vote still isn't cast for these. i bought a 5'er from cbid a while back and they had a very dark wrapper, and reminded me a lot of a RP vintage '90. when i bought a bundle, they had a much lighter colored wrapper and they tasted like donkey. i let em sit a while and they improved slightly, but nothing like the original 5'er.

I have a few mazos of the rosbusto that have been sitting since the were introduced. They do get better with some sleep time. The Vibe is also decent with some sleep.

I don't know the age of the one I had (it was part of a bomb from vicegrips) but I'd guess it had been sitting a while. I hope if I get fresh ones that I don't have to sit on them for a long time to get the same flavor.

They are made for United tobacco the 601 guys, so they are a quality cigar. I have a few sitting will have to light them up and see. I remember having a couple a while back and I really liked them.

I have had them off and on for the last year or so and like them. I read somewhere that they are being discontinued. I hope it was just that site.

I've had these in my humi for quite some time. They have been consistantly good for me. I've had the Vibe, too. While they are both good inexpensive smokes, I prefer the REO.

I tried my first one a couple of weeks ago and I put it out so I could smoke something that tasted good.

Yeah, got one in a PIF and it was OK, not bad at all, just nothing to write home about. And I like lots of other RPs...
