Ha, those Cohiba's look the overpriced dried out sticks the Iraqi friends were trying to sell at Camp Liberty Market.

This is awesome though, nothing like a good cigar to relax with as tracers and flares light up the baghdad sky. Quality job by the Sheriff.

I am confused, though - aren't those evidence? Don't they have to be held until a verdict is reached? Or have I just watched too many episodes of "Law & Order?"

probably not. it was a drug bust and these were just ancillary items. Probably told the dealer to give up the sticks get busted for them too, oh and by the way, you got ripped off they're fake!

They are fraudulent on their face, so the dealer would have no right to possess them, no matter what.
