I surely can understand how important it is to watch your budget..especially if you are smoking multiple cigars per day. I rarely smoke more than one a day..with a max of 2 per day when my brother is around...I also rarely smoke more than 2 - 3 days a week..which helps make my budget go further...One of my favorite smokes that I would consider an "everyday smoke" would be the Illusione line..either the 88 or cg4..I think they are a bargin at $7 -$8 a stick..I also like the AF short story at under $6 a stick..

For the most part, I smoke whatever is in my humi. I'm a Pepin Whore so I have at ton of Pepin sticks. That adds up for if you smoke 3 sticks per day. For that reason, I have added inexpensive filllers. Sticks like CI Legends (Pepin), CFO #7 Reserva, Gispert Maduro, etc.

I try to smoke everyday but sometimes I don't even have time. I try to smoke whatever I feel like smoking. IF Its not a special occasion and I smoke an expensive stick, guess what, that moment when I was smoking just became a special occasion. I try to make that moment as great and special as I can. So smoke what you can when yo can, life is short I guess is what I'm trying to say.

Perhaps you should branch out some? THere surely have to be smokes that are good for less money.

If you ever want me to hold on to some of those pepins to decrease your temptation to smoke them all, you know where to find me

The price of your everyday smoke varies a lot by location. You CA and NY guys blow my mind with how much cigars cost. I mainly buy online and try different cigars at my B&M. I guess my everyday smoke would be a El Mejor($1.25) or a Sancho Panza($2.50). On the weekend I usually go a little more high end but buy boxes online to keep it down a little. Special occasions I break out the over $10 cigars.

That is pretty high but I was quoting online prices. At a B&M here they would be $4-5.

I just bought another box of El Centurions. Would you like to store them for me?

I pretty much live in the $2-3 realm because I smoke 2 per day, a little more on the weekend. I buy a lot of Oliva Serie G, Serie O, and supplement those with some bundled Flor de Oliva Corojo and Tampa Sweethearts. I like to enjoy these guilt-free smokes everyday. When the scene is set for a great smoke, I'll pull out something a little nicer. I love the Padron 1964 naturals, and the occasional Fuente Hemmingway, Don Carlos or OpusX, and lately I've become fond of the higher-end La Auroras like the 1495. If I could only smoke one or two cigars a week, then I'm sure I would go with a very nice cigar EVERY time.
