Now, 'BARRY' has no job because no team wants him...to much controversial publicity/baggage...but at 41 he STILL hit (over) 25 HR's last year...he was EXPECTED to get juiced up, as are most pro players, until recently when the perverbial SPIT hit the fan. He got called on it and as is now under scrutiny for purjury. If convicted, he's off to jail like the rest of us would be and a felony conviction...his lack of character and lack fan appreciation is what, I think, has gotton him the rep that he has. He's a great baseball player....juiced or not, one must have talent to smack a 87-100 mph ball that many times. The juice probably made the record easier for him to reach, hence, I feel he ought to have the * in the books. He IS a dik...from his feet up to...aw hell, you kno!

Just a thought....Steroids were made a controlled substance in 1990. To be a controlled substance the substance has to alter your mind,have possibility off overdose etc. Steroids do neither. 1990 when the Control Act went in the FDA and DEA didnt want steroids lumped together with coke,heroin,etc because it exhibits none of the same characteristics that those drugs have. George H.W. Bush still pressured them to make it contolled. Steroids have been used in many capacities since WWII. Burn victims,AIDS,Anti-Aging etc.
Every time you get cortizone. Guess what? Its a steroid! Is that cheating when all your fav. football,baseball stars get a shot to play? Dont believe all the bullshit hysteria on T.V. or in the media. There are a lot more important things for our country to worry about like Irag,oil prices,inflation,housing market,the presidential race, and last but not least SCHIP!!!!

If the govt banned cigars in say 20yrs and made them illegal would you still smuggle or find ways to get them?
