Alec Bradley

Hey all,
Which of the Alec Bradley line is the fullest/spiciest? While I'm at it, has anyone tried any of the Cuba's Famous Brands or the NSS line from Unca' Mikey?

Thanks
Rich

Re: Alec Bradley

I personally like the AB Exotic Maduro.. The robusto is nice but I prefer the torpedo.

One of the mods on HP was saying that the medalist is his favorite cigar. It's hard finding reviews of 'em though.

I found them bland and disappointing - have very much liked the Exotic Maduros for some time. Be advised I'd probly like an Oscar Meyer Weiner dipped in black shoe polish if someone said it was a maduro.

I had the Trilogy Ovation Cameroon and it was spicy,,some of the them were ok and then others were great ,,I guess it depended on what mood I was in..

I had a medalist last night and I was unimpressed. I spent the majority of the time trying to figure out exactly what I though I was tasting. Dunno if it was just me but I kept tasting something very sweet almost like it had been treated with sugar. Thats right sugar. And it wouldn't go away. It really got in the way of things if you ask me.
Edit

Also I have purchased some of the famous cuban brands from Uncle Mikey. I would say they aren't bad. The only one I could apples to apples compare is the Cohiba Esplendidos, but I also got the RyJ and the PSD4 knock. All three treid hard to remain true to the native target but fell short. Neverthe less I did like them. I will probably pick up more for storing for when friends come over, I guess that is a good way to put it. Given what they are I liked them enough to not be embarrased to say hey... here is a knock off of XXX... tell me what you think.

If it they stunk up the place I'd have no qualms against flushing them.

I wrote a review of one a few weeks back; it wasn't very favorable though.
