Barbershop-pole type wrappers?

A friend recently gave me a wonderful multi-wrapped cigar, without a band of course, so I have no idea who created it. It was very attractive and smoked perfectly. Nice and smooth. My question is this, does anyone have any additional suggestions or are you familiar with that type of wrapper and where can I find? I had a Taboo Twist and that was awesome. I also saw the Indian Tabac split decision, but are there others? Thanks.

Glad you liked it. I have no information on the "barber pole" cigars, but they are just not asthetically pleasing to me.

Arganese makes a tasty barber pole. Look up their website for more info. Also, they are sponsoring a trip for Cigar Live members to Dominican Republic so you can watch the barber poles being made! Only their best roller makes em cause they're complicated. Check out this thread for more info: http://www.cigarlive.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16429

Thanks for the replies. I'll stop by Cigar Factory Outlet on my way home and see how much trouble I can get into. That Arganese Double wrap is tempting as heck. I'll try find one of those for this weekend.

I bought a sampler pack of ITC Split Decisions. Came with the full assortment from dual wrappers all the way to the quad wrapper. Good smokes as long as you don't try to smoke em too fast. If you do they will burn unevenly and run, but if your a slow to moderate pace smoker they burn perfect. At least thats been my experience.

Actually Tim Ozgener said that he doesn't consider the America line a barber pole but more of a pinstripped cigar. Also try a camacho liberty 07 those are barber pole smokes.
