If you are a collector, then yes. If you want to smoke them, then no, not even with the Cubist ashtray. This is a product I would buy if I devoted a special display humidor in my house for unique cigars and cigar sets. But, if you have a $100 to dispose of, this would be a lot of fun to have at a summer herf on a special evening.

Not a bad buy for collectors, but I wouldn't buy it personally. Though its a good deal with the cubist ashtray thrown in the deal. I don't like Thompsons though, and most people here will tell you the same. HORRIBLE customer service, and they hound you like a mofo trying to get you to buy stuff once you've bought one thing.

If the cubist was a special edition "sopranos" cubist - I would go for it.

Well, the shapes are cool and all, but I was singularly unimpressed with the Sopranos line...and I'm a big fan of most all CAO's.

I'd have to pass.

I was thinking of buying the ashtray - that's $50 or so. Does anyone know if that is a humidor? (Only) The Famous site says it is, but neither Famous nor CI has the ashtray deal. If it is, thats worth about $30, so that will be a nice package.

I've never ordered from TCC, so I'm hesitant only for that reason ...

That is a nice price for that sampler/ashtray. But I don't know if I would ever smoke those.

The others have said the same, I think it is great for a collector's item. If you just decided that you are going to smoke them (I wouldn't), then save them for a special evening. That's a lot of money to just have sitting in the humi in my opinion and not smoke it.
