Gotta give some props to Jeff from Perdomo:
Not long ago, I saw a gent at the golf course wearing a Perdomo golf hat.
Since I'm a fan of Perdomo smokes, and golf, I asked if he knew where I could get one...he didn't. I searched all over the net, and found the golf special (four Perdomo gold edition smokes, plus a cutter and a sleeve of balls) but no hat. I emailed customer service at Perdomo to ask if they could point me in the direction of a retailer that might have one available...Jeff from Perdomo did one better: He not only hooked me up with one of those hats, but with another SWEET Perdomo hat as well, all delivered to my door, Gratis. Just another proof to me that cigar folks, both in the industry and out, are some of the most generous and cool people on Earth. Thanks again; Jeff and Perdomo. I'll be smoking my one and only Edicion de Silvo #2 torpedo tonight, while wearing my new hat.  Reg |

I have had a similar good experience with domo. I have been a fan of theirs for some time now and the good customer service they've shown reaffirms that!

Thats great that the bigger up people still care about us small people enough to help out once in a while.there still are a few good people left around this globe!

While in Miami this week I had the oportunity to meet Jeff, he was my tour guide at the warehouse and was an excellent host. I had a half bottle of Noval Porta left and gave it to him since the airline doesn't allow it on the plane anymore. Hope he enjoyed it....

Reg that's a great way to find resources on what you need, not only did you ask how to get one but he responded by sending you what you were looking for. I love this habit that we have created for ourselves that just brings out the best in cigar smokers and distributors. Enjoy your smokes and wear your hat proudly.

Yeah, Perdomo always has really good customer service it seems. IIRC, They sent 10 autographed boxes to the troops when someone was setting up a huge bomb here.
