Slow Aged 826 v. 1876 ??

I'm looking to stock up on some good everyday mild smokes that arent very expensive. The 826s go for $2 a stick and the 1876s are $1 a stick from CI. Which one do you guys think has the best stick/buck ratio?

Cliff, would you classify the 826 mild or medium? And how was the spiciness that Perdomos are known for?

I've only had the 826 so far (I had one today), so I'll have to vote for 826. It's got the Perdomo taste, but it's smooth (not spicy IMHO). And I'd classify it as medium.

I wasn't very impressed by the 826 and I'm a Perdomo fan. I love the lot 23 and the Champagne R. Don't know if that helps or not.

I tried the 1876 torpedo. I'd smoke a Backwoods before I smoke another one of those again.

Well, I decided on the 826s and my fiance ordered them and the Xikar Enigma lighter as an early B-Day present. They came in today and I'm smoking 1 right now. I would say it's mild/med. with very faint hints of spice. Woody and earthy. Just what I was looking for!! Thanks guys for all your input. I never doubted you for a second! (wink) LOL!!

Not a fan of the 826, but sure liked the Lot 23 Churchill Maduro.
