Positive Holt's Cigar Co. experience
I have ordered several boxes from Holt's in the past and found them to be timely and a good company. Recently, ordered some cigars and an added freebie was a lighter. All three lighters I received, because I ordered several bundles, did not work. Called their customer service department and spoke to a mgr., Dawn, and she resolved the problem immediately with no hassle, no forms to fill out, no returns to be made....nothing! New lighters will be in the mail on Monday! Now, I consider that "a class act" for customer service....!
Just wanted you to know, especially if you purchase cigars on-line! Best, Ylo2na Chuck

Its like I tell my customers,"The product is free. What you are paying for is excellent service". Any product,even at a great price, is no bargain if service is lacking.

I also have always been more than satisfied with Holt's. Class act, and they have some great samplers and deals.
