Good question Joe...I'm no marketing genius, but thats what I'm thinking. the LX2 are hitting the streets soon, there are plenty of maduro filled/wrapped smokes out there I suspect that are cheaper, and if 'everyone' is dropping the price, the CAO Hq has its hand in in it. IMO

According to the owner of one of the B&Ms I visit, the Mx3 will be launched this year to compete with the Camacho Triple Maduro.

i was at a B&M on friday buying an MX2 for a bomb, and the owner said that they're RAISING the price of MX2's and she couldn't understand why.

maybe Brian (bigfoot) can chime in.

The price of the MX2 has not changed. As a company we had a price increase back in May (almost everyone had a price increase in May). Some times B&M's are over stocked on certain cigars and decide to blow out their extra inventory.

MountChuck, there is an MX3 in our Escaprate, and has been there longer than Camacho's triple Mad. has been on the Market. There are NO plans to release to MX3 to the open market.

Jam, I will say this, its been a long time since we have had all sizes in stock on the MX2, I'm thinking their back orders hit and they are overstocked.

Well, even if we never see the Mx3 I'm still anticipating the Lx2.

Our prices on the MX2 are still the same...the CX2 will hopefully faze itself out as the LX2 comes into play. I wonder what the pricepoints will be for the LX2...if they will be like the MX2 or the CX2.

Why would the Cx2 faze itself out? It's a totally different cigar than the upcoming Lx2.

Am I the only one who prefers the L'Anni Mads to the MX2s?

I don't know about that I've experienced the opposite the CX2 can be hard to find sometimes. I'd love for Brian to chime back in on this.
