Smile ylo2na ...thanks for your positive replies!

To all who replied about Carlito's Stogie Nubber.... Thanks a million for your incredibly positive reponses. For an old brother of the Leaf, you have touched my heart! Cigar live members are the bessssssssssst!
Also, just for everyone's info, they will be sold in B&M's, but am not sure where or when except for tampahumidor.com (right now). After the trade show in Las Vegas, I will have a better handle on it.
Lots of you guys wanted to know the price...well, after much agonizing and wanting to put out something that wouldnt completely blow some one out of the water for such a simple tool, our msrp is $12.95.
Now a little story about this, just in case you want to put a product out there. First, the idea! Then a patent! Then lots of domains (to cya). Then making a ton of different prototypes! Then a market research to have people try the prototypes and soliciting their response(s). Then hiring a web developer. Then a website! Then hiring a videographer! Then a video! Then a manufacturer to make them! Then finding a distributor who wants to sell your product! Then packaging! Then web domains! Then an accountant. Then incorporating! Then finding investors! Then a business license! Then tax-exempt status qualification! Then IRS stuff (yuk). Then establishing an msrp price! Then establishing distributor costs! Then shipping costs! And, then a million little other things before it ever gets into one's hands. All the while this is going on, you are developing a business plan, talking with tons of people, soliciting prayers from everyone, and saying a big thankyou everyday to all of those guys and gals who have helped you.
I didnt bargain for this...heck, I was retired! lol!! Now, I have a full time job trying to pull this all together with 3 other incredible people. I forgot to mention, surround yourself with a small group of incredible people, with lots of smarts and know-how! I have this and cant thank them enough! Without them and without you guys here on cigarlive, I couldnt have done it alone! One person trying to walk a railway track is pretty difficult. BUt, find some one to walk the opposite track and take hold of their hand, it becomes very workable! WE are holding hands...
Whew! A long answer for something simple!
Best,
Chuck
PS...since our group's inception, we have developed an acronym for our company, Maximillian, LLC...it is F.L.I.C. which stands for FAITH, LOYALTY, INTEGRITY and CLASS! We are incorporating these principles as our pillars to success! FLIC!

Never thought of that! BUt, my son sent me a pic of the Albacore they are catching in Mexico and I am heading there in about a week. Might have to try one. Heck, add a treble hook, a plastic skirt with Mexican Flag colors, a voila, a tuna-stubber!
Best,
Chuck

Good story that's a lot of work. But I'm sure it's worth it. I hope to have one eventually.
