in that case, i actually don't remember my first box. It's been awhile and I've been through so many boxes since.

The first time I actually bought a full box, it was a Cusano 18 Maduro. Turns out, it was a bit much for me at the time, so I had to let them age for a while-just finished the box yesterday, actually.

When I was 18 and could buy cigars legally I ordered a 50ct humidor and some Partagas Serie S Pyramids with in a week of my bday. That was when I got introduced to cbid (7 years ago) and because of how close I was to them my stuff usually arrived in two days. The chance for deals was better then if I remember correctly.

My first two boxes were bought at the same time. A box of Sancho Panza Double Maduros. I find these to be a great smoke for the price and still keep a bunch on hand to this day. The other I picked up was a box of Bolivars. I can't remember what they called them exactly, but they were ultra small (small ring and maybe 4 inches long). I loved them for that quick 20 minute smoke when I was headed across town!

I've been more into five packs lately than boxes as I'm trying to expand my horizons!

Hummmm....

My very first box of cigars was Las Cabrillas Balboa natural (Made by Altadis). Still to this day, after 16 years, it's not a bad smoke for the money.

Sancho Panza Dbl Maddys. I still have a couple left out of that first box. They are still sleeping quite nicely.

Of all the years I casually smoked cigars I never bought a box -- until San Cristobal came out with the Guajiro's. Now I have acquired more than a dozen various boxes since then.

My first boxes I bought was in 1995 when I was stationed in Germany. Royal Jamaicans and Onyx...don't remember the size.

My first box only came very recently; my Oliva Master Blends 3 Double Robustos. I've only smoked one of them so far...it was quite a lot for a newbie like me!

My first box was a Te-Amo box I bought in Mexico on my honeymoon, I've since bought a box of green cigars (lol) and am waiting to figure out if I'll ever have space for boxes anywhere
