I will be in San Diego in October and was looking for a good B&M. And where, if anywhere you are able to smoke. I know the smoking bands are tough, but their has to be a way!

There are smoking friendly establishments in the Gaslamp District downtown. Also, try Liberty Tobacco.

Also, check out Lou and Mickey's steakhouse which is also in the gas lamp district. Not sure about any B&M around or places to smoke though.

I will be in the gaslamp district at the Hilton. Most of what you read on the internet about the smoking bands in San Diego County is not good. Not on sidewalks, levees, bridges, etc.

I can testify for Libery Tobacco and as far as the Gaslamp district, there are 2 that I know of and they are on the same street about a block away from each other. Liberty Tobacco will have better pricing only because the Gaslamp is looking to make more money off the touristas!

Try Cuban cigar factory on 5th ave. between market & Island ave. they have a smoking patio. Also Cesars cigar lounge is a few steps west of Cuban Cigar factory.
