Mt first Torano Virtuoso

Well I just let this beauty die peacefully at about 1.25". It was the Forte vitola at 5.5 X 56. What a fine cigar. I punch cut it and had over an hour of pleasure. Construction, draw and burn were A+ all the way. The smoke was plentiful and full of great flavor and body. The stick never got bitter or hot even though I never let it out of my hand. No unpleasant sensations on the tip of the tongue either. Plenty of spice and pepper in the nose but not overwhelming for me. I do admit that I only run it through my sinuses when the stick is in its first third. I can still taste the long finish as I type this and it's really nice. I have to get a box of these. It's only the second Turano I've smoked and the other was also memorable.

You can't go wrong with Torano if you ask me. I think their lines of cigars aren't buzzed about because they haven't been releasing anything new. With CAO as their distributor now and the new '08 Tributes coming out everyone will remember how great their smokes are.

I have never had anything by Torano sadly. No one here carries them and I hate going online to buy cigars I've never had before. But after reading this and other reviews I might just have to do just that.

Virtuoso, Signature and the 1916 are my fave Torano cigars. 1916 is mostly my morning smoke with coffee while the other two are an after dinner cigar for me. Great line altogether. You did done good!

I've enjoyed all of the Toranos that I have smoked. I even give those to friends who are new to smoking and they all end up nubbing them.

They are releasing a Torano Virtuoso Lancero. I was given one by my CAO REP. Torano makes some consistantly good cigars. MY only complaint is they overpriced the Noventa. You might also try the Exodus 1959.

The Virtuoso Baton (lancero) is an outstanding smoke...The virtuoso is my favorite in the Torano Family. The 08 Tribute is going to be a big hit, a great smoke, I wish Oct would hurry up and get here!!!
