Cool

When I first read this I was incensed that you would take advantage of a mistake, but after re-reading, I see you did what you could to correct their mistake and they stonewalled you. Sounds like you were doing business with an idiot. If someone points something like that out to me, I immediately go and check the price listings. I appreciate your willingness to point it out as a retailer though. Their loss is a self inflicted wound. At least they covered their cost on those sticks -- but handed you the vast majority of that thing businesses are supposed to produce -- profit. Profit isn't a bad thing as long as it doesn't bleed over into greed.

I'm never in favor of taking advantage of someone's error unless they just insist they're right.

Those Padrons are fantastic cigars and I'm sure you'll enjoy them.

I work for a retail shop and have for 3 years so I know a wrong price when i see one. Wether it be way high or way low. I always tell a place if i see something that i know is not correct. However, if they insist they are correct then i usually buy them out of it if it is good. I know I am some random guy off the street but if I walked into your shop and said hey you might wanna check such and such price it is way low I would hope it would be worth a check. He is not the only person this has happened with... i got some 601 oscuro perfecto for 6 bucks a stick i am sure that was a couple bucks low...
