Cool Lighting Your Cigar

I'm interested...

What is your weapon of choice for lighting your cigars? (You can pick more than one by the way.) I prefer cedar spills, then wooden matches, but my usual is a soft flame Xikar EX Havana lighter.

I toast the cigar with a torch and then light it with matches.

PS: Whoever voted on the laser armed weaponry, I'd love to hear what that may be.

I use wooden matches most of the time, then my torch. I never tried the ceder spills, but I may have to.

I haven't either but I think I will fairly soon. As it stands now I tend to use a torch.

I use wooden matches mostly, though I'd rather have cedar spills, I admit. They give a neat taste to the cigar I've found with no other lightning method.

It really depends on the environment. Most of the time, it's a torch, out of necessity. If I'm inside, I prefer a soft flame. However, when outside, which is most of the time, a torch is the only way to get the job done. Ever see anyone using a cedar spill on the golf course?

It's also nice having a torch around when touch-ups are needed. I have a tendency to smoke my cigars a little slow, so I think that's why I need touch-ups more frequently.

I'm lazy. I use a torch whenever I can.

When available I use cedar strips as that makes a difference but always have a torch ready.
