Are you a "chomper" ?,or a "drooler" ?,or "gentle" ?

Dunno if this has been asked before, tried searching but came up with nothing.

So please bear with me,it might be stupid but here goes......

After a long smoking night with buddies we came up with a few "theories" that can only come after a few too many ,it made me so curious i just had to share them.

There are 3 types of smokers:

1)the chompers that hold the stogie between the teeth at all cost.... 2) The drooler that wets the end so much it ends up a soggy mess.... 3) The gentle kind that keeps the end of his stogie pristine.

I'm definitely a chomper.....

Anyone else ????

I'm a gentle giant on this one, I never understood the need to chew on a stogie. I think some people just had a few too many bubble gum cigars as kids.

Glad you're talking about cigars here.

In that case, I'm gentle.

Re: Are you a "chomper" ?,or a "drooler" ?,or "gentle" ?

Depends on the situation for me.

if im trying to relax with an expensive cigar then i iwll hold it gently and try not too drool all over the end, however if its cheaper cigar im smoking while doing soemthing with ym hands then im a chomper, until i get a load of smoke in my lungs or eyes, then im a choker, lol

i think it does look cool in your teeth tho, when taking part in hiking competitions i like to come striding across the finish line with a huge stogie clamped in my teeth

I'm with you on this one. Generally try to keep the end nice, unless I'm working on something. Nothing worse than chomping on it while doing something only to get a facefull of smoke and go into a coughing fit. This usually doesn't happen, unless I'm in the middle of doing something and trying to look "cool" while chomping on the 'gar...

gentle. but once i get inside 2.5 or 3 inches........all bets are off. it could be pristine after that, totally soggy, or just gnarled up completely.

Re: Are you a "chomper" ?,or a "drooler" ?,or "gentle" ?

I try to never have the cigar in my mouth, unless I'm in the act of puffing. I find that if I hold it in my mouth, I start breathing in the smoke. I would tend to think that always having it in your mouth would greatly increase the health risks.
