I got a box off of C Bid thinking these would knock my socks off. I'm not that impressed with them. The JDN Antano does a better job.

Just wondering what people think.

I was not impressed with that cigar either,it was a long time ago,but i only had one though. So cannot really be a good read on that gar!I have not liked a lot of gars from Oliveros,so that might be part of the impression of that cigar.

Have had one sitting in the humi for some time now but every time I go to try it I bypass it for something that I know won't disappoint. I think it might have something to do with the fact that almost every review I have read has been far from Stellar. I should break down and try it. Who knows maybe I will be one of the very few who like it and I may be able to get them on the cheap.oflmao: Doubt it!

Thumbs down

I'm not a big fan either. Big cigar, but not much body. I expect more from it.

Yeah, I'm with you guys. I got a bunch of them left. I too thought there would be more to them. I have let them sit for almost 2 years now. Maybe it's time to try one again.

a very dry cigar with notes of nuts, earth and toast. By dry i mean your mouth feels like you ate sand. This was despite me drinking a lot of water as I smoked it. I've had a lot worse, but the cigar didn't meet expectations.

I, too, thought like you and wanted them to be good, but, they are not at this stage of the game. Am letting them rest in hopes they will get better. If not, well, someone will get bombed...ooops...surprised with a nicely constructed smoke.
Best,
Ylo2na

Ditto-Oliveros has OK sticks but not in the full or bold category. There LTD is a recent stick in the medium plus category. If you like a good full bodied smoke try a Cubao. I'm smoking one now and it is yummy!

I don't like them. I don't care for any of their cigars - bland flavors, construction issues.

I never really cared for them either.. Boring smokes, IMHO.
