Anyone ever tried Oliveros XL Bold (For Men)?
I got a box off of C Bid thinking these would knock my socks off. I'm not that impressed with them. The JDN Antano does a better job.
Just wondering what people think.

I was not impressed with that cigar either,it was a long time ago,but i only had one though. So cannot really be a good read on that gar!I have not liked a lot of gars from Oliveros,so that might be part of the impression of that cigar.

Have had one sitting in the humi for some time now but every time I go to try it I bypass it for something that I know won't disappoint. I think it might have something to do with the fact that almost every review I have read has been far from Stellar. I should break down and try it. Who knows maybe I will be one of the very few who like it and I may be able to get them on the cheap.

I'm not a big fan either. Big cigar, but not much body. I expect more from it.

Yeah, I'm with you guys. I got a bunch of them left. I too thought there would be more to them. I have let them sit for almost 2 years now. Maybe it's time to try one again.

a very dry cigar with notes of nuts, earth and toast. By dry i mean your mouth feels like you ate sand. This was despite me drinking a lot of water as I smoked it. I've had a lot worse, but the cigar didn't meet expectations.

Ditto-Oliveros has OK sticks but not in the full or bold category. There LTD is a recent stick in the medium plus category. If you like a good full bodied smoke try a Cubao. I'm smoking one now and it is yummy!

I don't like them. I don't care for any of their cigars - bland flavors, construction issues.

I never really cared for them either.. Boring smokes, IMHO.
