I am back from Peoria and settled into my big leather chair with one of the Bravo Columbian Gold robustos gifted to me by the owner, Roberto Juarez (aka Scott), at the MidWest Cigar Summit. This cigar is a consistently well-made mild to mild-medium cigar that easily produces a satisfying amount of creamy smoke. The wrapper on this Columbian puro is light brown and very clear - resembling a connecticut wrapper. The flavors are unique - emphasizing a nice toasty, nutty, and leathery flavor that is very easy going and relaxing. This is one of those cigars that appeals to both the novice as well as the more experienced cigar lover. It is a very easy going cigar - no gimmicks or bells and whistles, just a solid enjoyable tasting cigar.

Roberto! It was great meeting you at the Midwest Cigar Summit. The only one of your cigars that I was able to smoke had sat out too long but it still tasted great (just a bit dry... bummer) I'll be picking up some more soon!
