I suppose I won't smoke a whole lot during the Winter...my windows will be closed and I don't want to try to smoke outside in the freezing cold again. So Winter will definitely be a great time to stock up and let some sticks get a few months on them.

I usually smoke less as the days grow colder (not that I stop at all), and therefore am looking into pipe smoking for fall-winter, though it might take some time.
