Fonseca Serie F Too Tight

I think if Fonseca wants to sell more of these things, they need to keep a closer eye on quality. Shame to let such a good blend go to waste. If I could find an address, I would send Fonseca an email or letter. I love the flavor of the Serie F, but the draw is messed up.

I got a 5-pack on auction. 2 of them were smokeable, in terms of draw. 2 of them were plugged/non-smokeable, and the other one I can't remember. Even the ones that were smokeable were a little tight.

I kept them in my humidor with everything else, and I didn't have this draw problem with the other ones.

I had a similar draw problem with Romeo Reserve Maduros, so I simply stopped buying them.

So what do ya'll do in cases like this? Just move on and forget about it? Write the mfgr. a letter? Get a refund?
