Xikar Top notch Customer Service

It hasn't even been a week and I received my new lighter, cutter and punch.
I told them the lighter didn't work like it should and my punch wouldn't retract. I also told them to sharpen the blades on the cutter. I received all new items no questions asked. Their warranty is one of the best in the business. I know most people know but I wanted to give them their props.

All you did was call them and complain about the lighter and ask them to sharpen your cutter and they just sent a new lighter and cutter? I need my cutter sharpened but, I don't want to not have it either while I'm waiting.

They made my lighter and cutter too good haven't had to send in either one!!!love them both and use them every day so i think i got my $$$ worth!

I broke one of their cutters, dropping it on a concrete pad while over in the Middle East. Got a replacement in a week, which is very fast response "over there".

Great product and great customer service. I made my decision on a Xikar lighter shortly afterward and it is working fine for me.

Have 2 cutters and a lighter. Have not had any problems so far. My local told me if I have problems with the lighter bring it back to them. Xikar was jolly on the spot sending me my free leather cases for the cutters and the lighter.

I love my cutter, but I have yet to receive my leather case :huh_oh:. But I still have love for Xikar.

I didn't complain, I just sent the them a letter stating my lighter didn't work and they could see the cutter didn't work. I would say buy a cheap cutter and you will have your stuff in a week or less.

You can't beat this company. I had a cutter that was tightening up. Took it to Dad's Smoke Shop and Chris exchanged it right there.

My next Xikar purchase is a lighter.

I too had to send a lighter and cutter back, and just like you they sent me new ones! Yes they have great customer service. I'm going to move this to the Xikar section so they can see it.

Took about 3 years before I had to send mine in. I had part of the plastic come off and got a new one in the mail. They are fantastic.
