Cigars are my only hobby, and the only way that I ever get away from my girlfriend. We spent literally 2 years together 24X7. Then I took up cigars, and now I go to B&M's and herfs...so we have some time apart from each other. It will take quite a bit to affect my cigar budget, but my food, lodging, and gas are all paid for.

Yes, though I work fro a school district they are cutting down on spending my sending staff home earlier than usual. For instance all of the staff( at the site of my daycare used to be able to stay until 6:30pm when we close. Now it is just down to two or three at most. So it has a small impact that I hope won't get any worse.

Maybe cutting back a bit, but not stopping. Gotta have some way to relax and unwind- and its a hell of a lot cheaper to buy a fiver and a six pack and sit out on my porch rather than go to a bar and spend a days wage.

It hasn't really affected me yet... However, the guy on the bottom of the union chain at work yesterday got laid off. That puts me next on the list for a layoff, so the cigar buying will slow down dramatically, until we ride through this. I am hoping the company will ride through this before I get laid off. I haven't broken the news to the wife yet that I am next on the chopping block, but I will let her know tonight.. I hope it goes well.
