Freeze dried..

Just wondering how many people freeze their incoming stash..

My fear of beetles (not the beatles) crawling in the box are making me do this..

What about y'all?

I don't... but I probably should... but I didn't encounter beetles in any of my shipments that had to go through the florida summer heat. I guess you could consider me lucky.

Yeah, after Jitzy got his (and I know he loves his stash), I got paranoid..

I got more cigars on ice than ice cubes..

Just in case..

And, they taste awesome even they went through cryo..

I've been fortunate and have not had to do this yet. New acquisitions get sent to isolation for a couple of weeks under watchful eye then gets released to GP.

about 3 months ago I think it sucked but everything survived the freezer prossess

I dont freeze them. Whenever a new shipment comes in I will put them in an empty box(given that I didnt buy a box) thats closes up well and check on them in about a week.

I don't. I might start to during the summer months at least when it gets really hot.

I only did that once cause I saw a small white bug on it. Almost looked like lice. It was from a box split and they rode out the hurricane a week w/o power. Put it in the freezer couple of days and no more problems since.

I don't have the luxury of doing it right now, but after I get home and I mail home my stash, they will probably get stuffed in the 'ol icebox for a bit.
