If I'm at the cigar lounge or bar its always some kind of bourbon, my fav right now is Eagle Rare 10 year single barrel. If at home or driving I split between water and diet soda, rootbeer being the best of that bunch. It doesn't matter what I'm smoking. Oh and I do like Red Wine with Anejos.

I've found that some good old southern Sweet Tea goes well with any cigar. We also have down here is charleston a sweet tea Vodka, one word OUTSTANDING. All the flavor off sweet tea with warmth of Vodka. Just seems to work. I also like Twany Port or any port with full body cigars.

If I go with alcohol, I will pair my smokes with a port or a cognac. Sometimes a beer. I have yet to venture into the wine area so maybe I will try that sometime soon.

No alcohol is coffee, water, coffee, coffee, or water. Sometimes coffee. (I like coffee cant you tell?)

I'm also a big fan of a glass of bourbon with my cigar. I usually have that or whatever homebrew I happen to have on tap at the time. When I go to the B&M I have a coffee.

I like to have a nice Smithwicks or a glass of Bailey's on the rocks with some smokes. Sometimes its just a soda or an espresso.

In Vegas:
Arturo Fuente Anejo #77 Shark... A Casa Fuente Mojito served by one of the lovely ladies in their linen dresses...

If not in Vegas:
Black coffee, dark beers, Zacapa Rum or single malts scotch depending on the smoke..

Oh yeah, cream soda and root beer still are my go to's when I don't have good beer... or have to drive anywhere. Otherwise it's a good belgian beer, usually hoegarden or the like. But like a bottle of 1919 or some Frost Top root beer... can't go wrong in my book.

Honestly, I think any good bottle of whiskey or bourbon or rum above 28.99 goes good with a nice maduro.. lately I had this Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Whiskey and that was just savory with my CAO Criollo, But I had a bottle of red wine the other day, (Cab Sav) and it really brought out the flavor in my Padilla Corojo quite a bit.

If I can't have alcohol, then diet soda seems to go well with any cigar.

If I don't have to walk the straight and narrow, then I want good bourbon. Too many to list, but I really like Woodford's Reserve and Gentleman Jack.

For me it's Wild Turkey and Diet Coke. If I'm feeling festive I'll throw in a twist of lime.

P.S.
I saw this llama and I had to post it. 1, 3, 5, 3, 4, 2, 4, 2, 1, 3, 5, 3, 4, 2, 1 !!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, a little adendum to my earlier post... you have to mix half scotch and half butterscotch.

Cigars go great with Drambuie or Amarula.
